Sriracha-Lime Aioli

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 and 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. Sriracha sauce
  • 1 T. finely minced or grated fresh garlic (about 3 medium cloves)
  • 1/4 C. fresh lime juice
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
