Crispy Carrot Fries

SERVES: 4-6 | PREP TIME: 20 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 medium For You® carrots
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • parchment paper for baking

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Peel and cut the carrots (16 carrots or 2 pounds worth) into sticks that are about 4 inches long. Put the sticks into a bowl and pour the olive oil over them and mix to coat.
  3. Next, place the carrot sticks on a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then, sprinkle the carrots with the salt.
  4. Bake the carrots until they begin to crisp (about 20 to 25 minutes).
