Spinach & Radish Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 2 T. rice vinegar
  • 1 T. canola oil
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 bunch curly spinach, thick stems removed
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 T. toasted sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, canola oil, sesame oil, and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add the spinach and radishes; toss to combine.
  3. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
