Spinach & Radish Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 bunch curly spinach, thick stems removed
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, canola oil, sesame oil, and sugar in a large bowl. Add the spinach and radishes; toss to combine. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
